Xây dựng phần mềm trên Crypto đã khó nhưng tìm kiếm mô hình kinh doanh cho phần mềm trên Crypto lại càng khó hơn. Nhưng, có rất nhiều phần mềm cần phải được viết ra dù chưa rõ kinh doanh như thế nào VÌ CÓ NHIỀU NGƯỜI SẼ CẦN TỚI NÓ.

Một số ví dụ tham khảo:

  • Một bộ thư viện react-hook dành cho Solana là 1 thứ cần PHẢI CÓ vì nếu thiếu nó thì phát triển UI trên Solana sẽ khó? → Xin grant là 1 giải pháp.
  • Một bộ Figma UIKit tiêu chuẩn cho phát triển web3 project là cần thiết vì nó đẩy nhanh tốt độ thiết kế phần mềm, lấy nguồn lực đâu để làm? → Xin grant !
  • Một SDK để kết nối Solana với Facebook / Twitter / Gmail / … là cần thiết nếu ta muốn web3 trở nên phổ biến, nhưng tiền đâu để làm? → Xin grant !
  • Phát triển Game thì ai cũng cần 1 bộ sinh số ngẫu nhiên, nhưng tiền đâu để làm nếu chưa nghĩ ra kiếm tiền từ nó thế nào? → Xin grant !
  • …

Grant là khoản tiền dành cho việc phát triển những App hoặc Development toolkit dù chưa hoặc sẽ chẳng bao giờ có mô hình kinh doanh nhưng đem lại giá trị cho cộng đồng. Một số gợi ý trong cách thiết kế hồ sơ:

  • Dù giới hạn của Grant là $10k, nhưng bạn nên chia ý tưởng của mình thành nhiều phase và xin các grant từ nhỏ tới lớn. Tốt nhất là hãy bắt đầu với các grant $1-3k để có thể phác thảo ý tưởng và xây dựng được MVP.
  • Trong phần KPI bạn nên ghi rõ sẽ support cải tiến trong khoảng bao lâu sau khi viết xong (vd: 6-12 tháng) và có 1 kế hoạch nhất định phổ biến nó tới cộng đồng (vd: hợp tác với superteam tổ chức 3 buổi community call tại Discord và Twitter Space để giới thiệu về dự án)
  • Trong hồ sơ bạn nên ghi rõ Milestone theo 2 tuần hoặc 1 tháng và ghi rõ sẽ update các Milestone tới cộng đồng thông qua kênh nào.

Chú ý: mã nguồn của các phần mềm xin Grant nên là mở, dùng license MIT.
